All of our event space is on the second floor, which has been fully restored to its 1930's splendor. This area boasts an impressive 9,000 square feet of event space, the Tudor and Crystal ballrooms, as well as the smaller Reading and Empress rooms.
The Tudor Ballroom has hosted anywhere from 40 to 150 guests at 60 inch round tables for dinner on the ground floor and another 50 on the balcony level. This room has 35 foot ceilings, leaded glass windows, stone fireplace, wooden beams and a balcony which overlooks the room.
The Crystal Ballroom has hand painted murals on the wall, 35 foot leaded glass windows, original Maple floor (great for dancing) and a stage. We have hosted 50-320 guests in this space depending on the room set up.
The Tudor Arms requires you provide one security guard at your cost who must be present from 7pm to the close of the event. We will arrange this for you and the cost is $45 per hour with a four hour minimum.
The Tudor Arms offers valet parking, which can be included in the cost of the wedding or can be charged to the wedding guests individually. The rate is $15 per car if guests pay individually or $13 per car if you as the host cover the parking for your guests. Overnight parking is $20 per car.
