“This was the perfect wedding venue in Cleveland Ohio. Not only is the space beautiful, but the set up is perfect. Logistics are smooth as can be, with the ceremony room, cocktail spaces and reception all on the same floor it makes transition from each event seamless. Not only that, Caroline the event coordinator and day of coordinator there is absolutely amazing. She is the most kind, joyful, detail oriented, organized and supportive person we could have ever imagined. Thanks to her our day went so smooth from start to finish. She is an all star. We 100% recommend this venue for weddings. We had not stop compliments on our venue the whole night and for days after.”

“Couldn’t be happier that I chose to have my wedding reception here! Caroline was amazing, she was so easy to work with, helpful and so kind. This venue is already gorgeous so if you are like me and want a place that doesn’t require a ton of extras or decorations to make it feel special this is the place. I loved that it felt like a special occasion place and not just a conference room/hall from the beginning. It complimented my flowers and tablecloths but otherwise I really didn’t have to add anything! The food was excellent we received a lot of compliments. Overall it was beautiful location and everyone we worked with made the day so special and easy!”

“My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Tudor Arms in October 2024. We booked the venue in June 2024 and spent the next year and a half working with Caroline to build our dream wedding. We needed to accommodate many cultural traditions, a large number of guests, and our demanding work schedules. This led to us needing both ballrooms and a lot of hands-on attention! Caroline and her team were amazing to work with and made our dream a reality. They were extremely responsive, accommodating, and warm. I don't know what else we could have asked for!”

“We have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience with Tudor Arms. It is obviously a beautiful venue to have your wedding reception, but the staff made our experience so much better. Caroline was absolutely incredible for us. She was extremely helpful from touring to booking to the wedding day. The entire process was seamless because of her. She essentially functioned as our wedding planner, which was great because we did not have to hire an external wedding coordinator for that reason. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had or help us with anything we needed the entire year leading up to the wedding. The wedding day went on without a hitch and she was able to handle almost all of the vendor communication the day of, which lifted a huge burden from us. Our families even got to know Caroline throughout the process and wedding weekend and were raving about how great she was. The food was amazing and many of our guests commented on that afterwards. The whole day felt magical, and the bottom line is that Tudor Arms was an amazing choice for us and we would recommend them to anyone!”

“Timeless venue, flawless execution! Absolutely phenomenal experience at this historic hotel wedding venue! The ballroom is stunning, classic, and magical, so if you haven't seen it you must check it out. We loved that so much was included in one-click from the moment we selected our package. They provide all the basics like chairs and tables, two onsite all-day getting-ready rooms for the wedding party, and an incredible in-house kitchen that served a flawless tasty dinner. They run a tried and true game plan that seamlessly ushered our crowd of 200 guests through ceremony, cocktail hour, and into dinner and dancing. The preparation was as easy and enjoyable as possible. Our tasting was a highlight with tons of delicious options and a fun preview of the big day. We even got to sneak in extra visits to show family, and yes, there were definitely some happy tears! Huge shoutout to Caroline, our amazing venue coordinator. She was always responsive, patient with our chaos, and completely on top of every detail (even my wacky ideas). On the day of, she handled everything perfectly, from unlocking the prep rooms to fixing tiny hiccups behind the scenes so we could just enjoy every moment. Our big day was truly the best — we couldn’t have asked for more!”
